ADAH Digital Collections
The Electronic State Publications Collection of Alabama currently contains various publications from many agencies, boards and commissions within Alabama state government. Also included are electronic publications from the Office of the Governor and other constitutional officers, as well as the Legislature (many of which are published by the Secretary of State) and Supreme Court. Agencies with scanned or electronic publications on this site may be found using the drop down menu on this page.
Among the types of publications included are annual reports, budgets, comprehensive annual financial reports, codes, directories, guidelines, guides, handbooks, inventories, leaflets, laws, manuals, master plans, meeting minutes, monographs, newsletters, pamphlets, periodicals, plans, posters, project reports, recommendations, regulations, rules, special reports, state plans, statistics, strategic plans, summaries, task force reports, from various state agencies, boards and commissions. Most of these publications were downloaded directly from the agency's web site, some were emailed, and the Alabama Dept. of Archives and History (ADAH) has scanned a few hard copy publications as well, and plans to scan more.
There are also two sets of state publications not found in the state publications collection, but that are on the ADAH Digital Collections site - these are the Alabama Official and Statistical Register and the Alabama Historical Quarterly, both published originally by the ADAH.
