Built in 1933, this 324-foot bridge was built in the Town design, with three spans. This clipping is from the March 1970 issue of the Port of Mobile magazine.
The bridge was built in 1861 and was torn down in the mid-twentieth century. It straddled the Montgomery - Lowndes County line. This clipping accompanied an article in the Montgomery Advertiser published on August 29, 1951.
